When businesses believe that they are getting into financial difficulties they will naturally look for some advice and guidance. Often the most appropriate person to provide that advice is your accountant or an insolvency practitioner.

However, situations can arise where businesses need legal representation. Here are some common instances:-

• You receive a demand (called a Statutory Demand) to pay a debt that you believe is not properly due.
• You receive Court papers that ask the Court to wind-up your business.
