In care proceedings if you are a parent of or have parental responsibility for a child where the Local Authority issue proceedings, you are entitled to Public Funding whatever your financial circumstances.

You may also be entitled to free advice if you are a parent or a person with parental responsibility and you receive a letter from the Local Authority telling you that they intend to issue care proceedings
